Sourcing service

How we source for you

You stay in control of the purchase. We do the work on the ground: finding suppliers in India and worldwide, checking them, and following your order until it ships.

  1. You send a sourcing request

Tell us the product, specification or reference sample, quantity, packing, destination port, Incoterm (FOB, CFR or CIF) and target price. The more precise the brief, the faster and more accurate the quotes. Send a request.

  2. We agree the sourcing brief

We confirm the brief with you in writing, including the documents your country requires on import (for example a certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate or lab analysis).

  3. Supplier search and verification

We contact manufacturers, not traders, wherever possible. We check company registration, tax and export registrations, export history, capacity and certifications, and arrange a factory visit or audit when the order justifies it.

  4. Comparable quotes

You receive a shortlist of suppliers with prices on the same basis: same specification, packing, Incoterm and port. Our commission is shown separately and agreed in writing before you place an order.

  5. Samples and specification sign-off

Suppliers send samples to you by courier. Once you approve a sample, it becomes the reference for the order, with a written specification both sides sign.

  6. Order and payment terms

The supplier issues a proforma invoice in your name. You pay the supplier directly into their company bank account, typically by advance and balance against documents, or by letter of credit. Karishye Trade never collects your payment for goods.

  7. Production follow-up and inspection

We track production and inspect goods, packing and labels against the signed specification before loading. Independent inspection (for example SGS or Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at your cost.

  8. Shipping and export documents

We coordinate with the supplier and freight forwarder on booking, stuffing, export customs clearance and the document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any product certificates.

  9. After delivery

If something is wrong on arrival, we take it up with the supplier on your behalf with photos, reports and the signed specification. We then plan your repeat orders.
